Paul Watts Estate Agents was opened in 1990 by Paul Watts and is now run by Margaret Annable who has been with the company since 1992 and a partner of the firm for the past 11 years. The aim from the outset was to offer a personal and individual service to a select number of clients who wished to have their property comprehensively marketed by an experienced professional. This has proved to be very successful and the business has grown steadily, helped very much by satisfied clients using their services several times, and personal recommendations to other potential clients.
Margaret has a range of property experience including working at a senior level in a house building company and also at a local firm of solicitors in the conveyancing department. She is also a member of the National Association of Estate Agents. Clare Grice and Elizabeth Pegg make up a very experienced team.
