We are an independent Estate Agency offering a more individual approach to selling property. We are focused on building a good working relationship with both sellers and buyers and offering a high level of service is very important to us. The agency is owned and managed by Mrs Margaret Annable MNAEA, assisted by an enthusiastic team of ladies. Margaret has been an estate agent in the local area for over 25 years, and is an enthusiastic supporter of the Charminster Traders Association (being Chair in 2013).

The Queens Park area is centred around the council owned golf course, which is a very well loved and used open space.
