PROPERTY FINDING SERVICE

We are always happy to assist our sellers in finding a property to buy.  It was good this week to hear that Penny's hard work in ferreting out suitable flats to buy for one of our current owners paid off, and they now have had an offer accepted on an ideal property.

There is no charge for this service for our current sellers, but if you are just interested in a stand-alone property finding service, we would be happy to discuss individual terms with you.  Busy people trying to move home, particularly from outside the area, can find that it's very time consuming to sort through all the available properties and decide which ones are worthy of consideration.  If you let us know your requirements and priorities, we would love to help.
