PROPERTY OF THE WEEK

Mon 23 Jan 2017

When a lot of people think of the Queens Park area of Bournemouth, they immediately think of trees, as its such a green part of town, centred around the open space of Queens Park and golf course.

One of our favourite roads is Broad Avenue, which is well named being a wide tree-lined road, leading away from the park itself, and with further open space at the far end.  Whilst there are not too many properties on the avenue, they are generally high quality, individual homes, and No. 27 is not exception.

The owners have lived there for over 30 years, and in that time have updated and improved the house as they went along.  The house has many nice touches, including Tarkett Oak flooring to most of the ground floor, and good décor throughout.

With windows front and back, and a door out to the garden, the lounge is a super through room, and the main bedroom upstairs is also a very good size, with a large en suite bathroom too.  Both of the other bedrooms are double size and a shower rom completes the first floor accommodation.

The rear garden is westerly facing, which is a lovely sunny aspect, and the view over neighbouring gardens and the nearby wooded area is very leafy.

Its been our Property of the Week – and viewing is highly recommended.
